Galaxy S22It sounds as if you have the floating notifications set as smart pop-up view (the update may have changed settings), which will pop up a panel over whatever you are doing. You can turn it off or choose bubbles. Settings/notifications/advanced settings/floating notifications - tap and select. Also, check your notification pop up style to choose brief instead of detailed - it will give you a smaller window.

Galaxy S22If, on the other hand, you mean that once you get a notification, somehow the notification shade is opening itself up, that's a serious glitch. After your update did you clear the phone's cache partition? You should do that now, in case there's some leftover temp files hanging around crossing wires.
