Notification popup time limit

Whenever I post something on Facebook or Instagram or I receive a text and a couple other programs on my phone a notification pops up that says I'm posting or I've shared this post or comments sent or reaction sent etc etc. That used to stay on my screen for 2 to 3 seconds and now it's on there for 15 to 20 seconds and it stops me from seeing the content behind it. Does anyone know how I can change the timer on those notification pop-ups? I would like to set it to 2 seconds or 3 seconds. Thank you.

That fixed it. For some reason I had it set to 30 seconds.  Thank you
