Not Registering eSIM

For some reason my replacement S22 Ultra phone is not accepting eSims. I want to setup a Google fi account with a eSIM but it won't register it. I've tried other carriers and it's the same issue. What could be the issue?

@x626 If this replacement phone has never worked, I would contact the supplier and have them replace it.

Samsung was the one who replaced it under warranty.
