Galaxy S22Hello Belaythatorder, thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustrations with your notification sounds not working correctly on your device. I see where you stated that you cleared the cache for the messaging app and that you restart your device, but it did not resolve the issue. Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your device: Power off your device, Hold the Power and Volume Up buttons together at the same time, Once the Samsung logo appears then release the Power button, Select Clear Cache Partition, Reboot your device as normal. You can also try your device in Safe Mode to see if there is a third party app causing the issue: Booting your Samsung Galaxy into Safe mode | Samsung CA. Check your notification sound settings: Configure notifications from apps and services. To find this, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon. Tap Notifications, and then tap Advanced settings. You can configure the available settings, such as Show notification icons, Show battery percentage, Notification history, Conversations, Floating notifications, Show snooze button, App icon badges, and Wireless emergency alerts. Change the sound mode on your device without using the Volume buttons. To find this, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon. Tap Sounds and vibration, and then select a mode. You can select from Sound, Vibrate, or Mute.
If you are still experiencing issues after performing the above troubleshooting steps then I recommend that you perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet.
After performing the factory data reset if you are still not able to get notification sounds then submit an error report: Samsung Members, Get Help, Send Feedback, Error Report.

Galaxy S22I have a similar situation and performed these recommended steps but didn't resolve the issue.
I am not getting Popup Notifications but only with the Brinks application and Gmail. If i go to the Gmail App the email is there but no Popup notification. I tried with other applications and emails and i receive the Popup correctly.
Also tried the Brinks with Yahoo and everything worked fine so i insolated the issue on the S22 phone. maybe blocked popup security but everything is toggled for access.
Any advise and thanks in advance?
