Icon on my home screen

I don't have any custom app icons running but my apps on my home screen tends to change to another app icon at random.

Photos circled in (music folder ) should be audiomack , photo circled (photos folder ) should be Samsung photos

Try clearing cache for One UI Home under settings > apps.
