if you mean you hide a app then long press on your home screen and select settings and scroll down to hide apps on home and apps screen and unselect the hidden app

How are you able to do what you were talking about, I mean how do you hide apps on your phone?

Long press or pinch in on the home screen, go to settings, and select the "hide apps" option. You can then hide whichever apps you want. Use the same procedure to unhide apps.

No I get notifications sounds but there is nothing there. How can I find what apps are hidden?

Download Good Lock's Nice Catch module and turn on sound history, toast history and detect commercials. Then after you hear the sound or get the notification, open Nice Catch to see which app caused it
