Who is responsible for sending updates to my phone? Carrier or Samsung because I was talking with Verizon and they were saying Samsung is responsible for sending out the One UI 6.1 update and not them.... Looking for clarification. Thanks in advance.

Seen reports of this bring a issue with certain models perhaps they are working on the fix I haven't had any issues

I'm going to ask you 1 more time did u go to Verizon and ask for a new Sim card cause u should have received the update in May

I'm also still experiencing issue. Issue is with psim/esim. Not network provider.

I got fed up. Went back to my s21 ultra. It runs one UI 6.1 just fine.
