Is there any way I can unlock my phone and erase Google login and old pin phones been master reset prior to me purchasing and the information is still attached so I can't get in play store or do anything involving Google please help or is my phone bricked
If you bought a second hand phone and you cannot associate your Google account with it, it means that the phone is useless to you unless you know the previous owner. The previous owner didn't log the device out and delete it from their Google account, so it is forever locked to that account unless, at some point, the original owner deletes it from his device list in Google. If you can return the phone, do so.
If it's on eBay, can't you DM or PM them? I don't know if it's called Direct or Private, but you need to contact your seller somehow! Check his reviews by his customers!
If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
No refund option? You then got scammed. You're left with NOTHING.
