Fix the Quick panel when swiping down

Anyone else think the new update kinda sucks?

I hate the new swipe down left and right feature for notifications and the scrolling to see all the apps.

Is there any way to change it back to the old format?

Go to the Quick Panel, tap the pencil Icon, panel settings, together.

Problem solved!
