AI seems to be a lazy button. Other then adding auto art and bot to bot conversations, I think its hurt phones more then anything. Noticed a pattern for OS systems adding two more steps to everything, so I don't really believe AI is for the user benefit. AI hasn't fixed or reduced the annoying updates,  stopped features from disappearing, just to be added back with a new branding or in a different spot. Hasn't fixed fonts or themes. AI wants my apps to talk to each other, auto remove my stuff. I don't need the phone to try an manage me. Just more agreeing to terms to keep using a thing I used two minutes ago, if the link to read them even works. Have 512 gb of storage and my phone auto deletes 7gb of apps because it hasn't tracked me using them in a few days, its turned off but still does it. Thought AI was fixing that. Also see this install unknown apps all over the place in system apps and they don't show up under permissions, you have to dig for them and no user control. More I see the AI direction the less I want it integrated into my phone.

AI is the big buzzword for Silicon Valley and Wall Street at the moment. Tech companies are throwing everything at the wall right now.

Eventually, the good stuff will stick. The interim will be messy.
