Chat bubble issue after updating to One UI 7

It's been two months since I updated to One UI 7. Occasionally, when I receive a new message, the chat bubble appears but it's just a blank white bubble. I can't read or reply to the message until I restart the phone — after restarting, everything works normally again. I never experienced this issue on One UI 6.
Please look into this and fix it.

Please clear the phone's cache partition and the messages app cache. If those actions do not help.  Put in an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

This is a peer-to-peer user help forum, not Samsung support.  Some users may have had this problem and may have been able to fix it without support intervention, and those people will likely respond, but asking Samsung to fix it in a user help forum isn't going to get attention from Samsung support.
