You could also get the Google Carrier services app it's recommended by Google for most devices anyways but it helps a lot. 👏

Phone only has service with WIFI. As soon as I leave WIFI I can only make Emergency calls. Any Ideas what this could be?

First thought is check your signal bars and try to reset the network setting
