Can't get into Samsung email acct.

I'm not sure why I can't into on my phone. I was trying to do a one-time sign-in on my phone and it wouldn't work. Any ideas or suggestions -- someone?

The only people with a Samsung email account are Samsung employees. 

Do you mean that you are trying to log into your Samsung account? Is it from your browser? Your device settings? The Samsung Members app?
