There seem to be several voices on these phones. I'm guessing that the alarm clock uses the standard text to speech voice (haven't had the opportunity to test this).
Assuming you're using Samsung's text-to-speech voice, go to Settings and search for the word "speech".
Tap the entry that mentions text-to-speech and you should get a screen that allows you to adjust the speed and pitch of the voice. I hope this is the right one.

My alarm voice sound like a sick female...and text-to-speech voice is not the same voice ... with technology today you would think that Samsung would give us the options to change voices on S24 Ultra
