Galaxy S21I have recently received the latest update for my S21.
Since this update I can now no longer receive or send text messages from my Land Rover. prior to the update everything worked fine. When I press on text messaging on my in car infotainment unit it jus says 'Text Messaging Not Available'
I have tried to look at bluetooth settings and the text messaging button no longer exists, only calls and audio. I have unpaired the units, repaired and still nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue please, and fixed it?

Galaxy S21Losing my mind with this! My Toyota Highlander will no longer display texts after recent update. Husband tried pairing his iphone to my car and it works fine. This is especially frustrating because I initially blamed him after he borrowed my car! š PLEASE FIX THIS, SAMSUNG!!!!

Galaxy S21New phones or latest update now have Android Auto which supposed to work via a USB cable between phone and car. This is fine if your car also has Android Auto available but useless if you don't. My old A10 can show messages on the screen but doesn't have Android Auto installed. My S23 can't show messages and does have Android Auto installed by default. The choice seems to be, use old phone or replace car š

Galaxy S21Did anyone get a fix for this? I have a 2023 Nissan and a S21 that worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. No I can see when someone sends a message on my dashboard display but when I press Read it just says text message updating. Also having issues with Samsung texting but thats another story. I really don't want to move to Iphones but starting to wonder if I should still put money in Samsung. Thanks for any advice or tips you have!

Galaxy S21Wondering that myself.
If I get a new phone, do I stop buying Samsung? (had Samsung 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 21, and now 23) and if so what do I buy that will work? I'm an Android girl, so I'll never get an I phone.
Have always love Samsung but I want to be able to have my Nissan read my texts. I don't want to use Android auto. I just want to Bluetooth my phone.

Galaxy S21I have the same problem with my S22 and my wife does with her S21.
Used to work with our 2022 Mitsubishi outlander and has stopped working.
Only become an issue as I recently just bought a new Mitsubishi Triton ute and it does not work. We have tried other vehicles and still not work. We have had other people try in our ute and it works so problem is with phones. ( After latest updates. )
I even started up my old S21 that has not had update and it works. So i am rather confident it is a Samsung Issue from latest up date.
Hope a bug fixer can sort as not really wanting to buy two new phones.
