After the software update on my S21 FE, the optical zoom functionality seems to be affected. Earlier, the device switched to the dedicated 3x optical zoom lens when reaching 3x zoom, which delivered crisp and clear images. Now, the lens only switches at 10x zoom instead of 3x, causing a noticeable drop in picture quality at intermediate zoom levels (like 3x to 10x). This defeats the purpose of optical zoom and relies more on digital enhancements, which is disappointing for users who often use the 3x zoom feature. Please look into restoring the previous behavior where the 3x lens is activated at 3x zoom for optimal image quality.
