Galaxy S21Following Samsung's Best Practices Guide can solve the vast majority of problems after an update.
See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...
If following the guide does not resolve your issue, you will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.

Galaxy S21The S21 is a three year old phone. It was durable enough to last that long. Any electronic device can fail for any reason at any time. No one knows how you treated your phone. I'm not saying you treated it badly, but stuff happens that can't be predicted. You are free to purchase any phone from any brand you feel will give you value, but understand that you can get a problematic phone from any manufacture - luck of the draw.
Since this same issue has been reported after the update by very many users, I'm guessing that a) it's not a hardware issue, b) it will get some attention from the developers, especially if everyone put in an error report.
You have Verizon so you can't use the "fix" someone else reported worked for them, which was to go to the connection settings and turn on "allow 2G service". Verizon blocks that setting, but there's no guarantee that what worked for one person would work for everyone else. There are a few posts on here complaining about this issue, and some of them had comments with different fixes. You may want to search for those posts and read through them to see if any would work for you.

Galaxy S21Error reports don't get deleted unless they are a year old. They remain in your feedback area. You should be able to view them by going to the support tab and tapping the feedback link. There should be a list of all the reports you submitted, along with the status.
