No WiFi Calling Option

I have checked every place that I've found on Google that says I should be able to find the WiFi Calling option for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE I own and I can't find it anywhere. My device is unlocked so it's not locked into any one carrier. I really need this option as the carrier I do use often has service outages in my area.

Wi-Fi calling is a carrier supported option. While the phone is capable, if your carrier does not support it, it will not show in your settings. If your carrier does support it, it would be in settings/connections/wi-fi calling. If your carrier does not support it, the setting will not show. It does not matter whether you have a carrier device or a factory device. Who is your carrier?

I believe this is a phone update issue. My husband and I both have the same type of phone but his has Wi-Fi calling available and mine does not. My phone was updated with the latest software update but his was not

My S25 has wifi calling but when I toggle it on I get a "loading" message then an error it did not connect, try again in settings.

Our new s25 phones are having the same trouble.

Just toggle it because I'm in vacation in a woody remote cabin where Bell coverage is fidgety but with a strong fiber Wi-Fi and need to make some work related phone calls.  I succeeded, got the verification via Bell.  I even choose "Wi-Fi over network" and all seems fine until I try to make phone call and got a "no network".  Like it doesn't care about going with Wi-Fi call...  So annoying, I need to make those calls!!!!

WiFi Calling depends on your carrier, even with an unlocked phone. If the option isn’t showing under Settings > Connections, check with your carrier to confirm support and if it needs to be enabled on their end.
