Both me and my dad have a S21, and what we noticed is that when we tried to use the hotspot, phones connected through hotspot don't have any internet access. We turned on the data and our own phones have internet access, but no any data going through the hotspot. Our phone plan should be ok because it works on our previous phones. Is there some setting I did not find?
Which operating system are you on? Have you tried the hotspot on both your phones? Have you configured the hotspots with WPA-2 security? Are you using the 2.4gHz band?
Which band are you using 2.5/5g (hotspot settings), and have you tried various wpa security choices? Samsung autoblocker may be blocking malicious connection.
