Galaxy S21Hello all, thanks for reaching out regarding a slow mobile data connection. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Give the steps in this guide a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212956/
If the steps there do not help, it would be best to go ahead and contact your carrier, as they are responsible for your service. If the carrier is unable to resolve this behavior, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
