I have an issue with my Galaxy S21

Hello community,

 I was wondering if anyone has had this problem with there S21 and if so how do I fix. There screen went black after the last update and will now display anything. I can plug it into my TV monitor and see the dex mode. Is there anyone who has had this issue. Deveice is older but worked great and I hate to dispose of it trying to be green here. Any comments are welcome and thank you in advance.

That last update messed my phone up, too. It's very slow to upload apps. Overall, performance is bad. I have an s22.

You may have to go to your local Samsung Service Center and get it flashed with new software. As long as there is no physical or liquid damage, that should potentially fix the issue; however, it will involve a factory data reset, so you may want to use Dex mode to create a backup using Samsung Smart Switch since you are able to use it.

Yes I am going to try that it's just a pain and Im not use to my trusty backup deveice give me this grieve. Thank you for your insight.

Since last update on my Tablet Samsung s7+ in Dex mode SPen acting up.Do any one has similar problem?

Does anyone know why after master reset screen is now black and white?
