Recently, I'm assuming after the recent Android software update, voicemails in the voicemail app aren't syncing. It used to let me know after someone calls when s voicemail is there. Now, I get calls and think they don't leave voicemails, but they do. I found that if I open the voicemail app, tap the 3 dots then hit refresh, voicemails start popping in. Any idea what caused this and how to fix it?
Update: I installed YouMail, a third party visual voicemail app, and that isn't receiving voicemails either. I only get them when actually calling my voicemail.

Voicemail is a carrier (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) feature. Please contact yours for assistance.

It's for the Samsung Visual Voicemail app that comes on the phone. It was working before but just stopped after the most recent update. That's still a carrier issue?

Thank you. I'll reach out to them tomorrow and see what happened. The website still says they support visual voicemail. Just odd how it stopped working after the Android 15 update.

Updates are released to carriers for testing on their networks before they push them on to their users. If a problem is found later your carrier will need to work with Samsung for a patch.
