Yes, you can. By a few ways, actually. First is to swipe down from the top right. Second is to pull down your notifications and then swipe to the left from an empty spot. Third is to pull your quick panel down from the right, tap the pencil on the top, choose panel settings on the top, and choose together to make it the way it was.
