What does the circle with a slash through it mean?

On the top bar all the way to the right what is the circle with a slash thru it for.

You likely have "Do Not Disturb" turned on. This limits what notifications come through. You can turn it off in Settings.

It sounds like it may be the icon for no cellular connection.

Is this the icon if so that’s the no signal icon in the top bar

Either you have do not disturb on, or you have no cellular service.

I've noticed mine has that symbol when I don't have service
