Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+ model SM-G986U1 running the latest Build G986U1UESCHYVC1 (Android 13 One UI 5.1). The Secure Folder version is 1.8.12.0 which is also the latest version for this build.

Inside Secure Folder, I have a few apps which I would like to organize into app folders. However, when I select an app and drag it on to another app to create an app folder with both these apps, the app at the bottom slides to the side, preventing me from dropping one app onto another. Hence, it only results in moving an app to another location on the screen, rather than creating a folder.

This is unlike how it works on my S23 series phone or Tab S9 where a folder gets created allowing me to name it and drop more apps into it.

Is the S20+ incapable to creating app folders in Secure Folder? If not, is there some setting I need to change to make it possible?

Outside the Secure Folder, on the phones app screen, I am able to create app folders just fine. It is only inside the Secure Folder that I am unable to create app folders.

Appreciate your help! Thanks!

Thanks! I was wondering if you had managed to install a custom ROM which continued to work with Secure Folder. ๐Ÿ™‚
