Touch screen not responding

My device is  s20fe ,I was using Facebook and suddenly my touch screen stopped working,it Froze  and then I rebooted the device but in the middle the touch started not responding

Recommend you start your phone in Safe Mode and run a diagnostic test again. If you still have the issue, you could have a defective screen.

Problem still persists ...but screen suddenly stopped working when I was using Facebook

Very bad experience, never thought samsung screens were so easily corrupted

You may need to take it into a phone repair shop. I recommend you take it to Samsung first. Otherwise, find a trusted repair shop.

This happened to my s20 fe it got wet and half the screen stopped working and then it would randomly work
