I hope you're all doing well just writing concerning an issue I'm facing with Samsung free app on my device, the thing is for some reason I'm not able to access the app due this message " we're still processing your request to leave Samsung free" can you kindly assist me I accidentally removed myself from the app now I'm stuck there? My phone model is a Samsung S10 5G  SM-G977N
