I reset the router, reset network connections, still doesn't work automatically. And the WiFi indicator shows it's on but not connected until I go to WiFi settings and THEN it connects automatically. This is our home network.
HELP, daughter is eating up cellular data and we are nearing the throttling point with Consumer Cellular!!
reproduce the issue and report to samsung members app > get help > error report from the device you are seeing the issue from.
hopefully the samsung engineers can help identify what is causing this... maybe put a data usage limit on your daughter's phone so you don't go over the limit?
