Removing words in phone dictionary?

How can I delete words i accidentally added to my phone dictionary? My fat fingers keep typing the same misspelling on some words and the phone doesn't autocorrect them. I want to delete them.

Type enough of the mis-spelled word that the keyboard offers it as a suggestion. Long press on the word, and it should offer to delete it.
