Try restoring your phone's backup for your data. As for your photos, look in Google photos. Either open the Google photos app or go to photos.google.com. if they are not there and you did not back them up anywhere else, there's nothing you can do. If something is important to you, you back it up multiple places.
I don't know how your phone phone would make your data and photos disappear unless you did something to cause it, such as resetting without first creating a backup.
