Galaxy S PhonesI have had ENOUGH OF SAMSUNG SUPPORT! SOME OF MY APPS ARE BLOCKED FROM GETTING NOTIFICATIONS AND THE TOGGLE OFF IS GREYED OUT! Most of the apps are ones needed to receive SECURITY NOTIFICATIONS! NOT ONLY THAT! My phone is a PERSONAL DEVICE NEVER BELONGED TO ANYONE BUT ME! So PLEASE TELL ME WHY I NEED ADMIN PERMISSION TO CHANGE SETTINGS ON SOME APPS?

Galaxy S PhonesHow do you figure useless? Because they did not instantly issue a fix? If you called support and they couldn't help you, it's usually because they can only offer surface tech support for easily fixed issues. Anything deeper requires access to your device log, which can only be uploaded via the feedback/error reporting function. Even if you did submit a proper error report with logs, it still would not be an instant fix. It takes time to go over the logs, find the issue, work on fixing the issue, testing the fix and issuing a patch.

Galaxy S PhonesIt was a useless response that did absolutely nothing because my phone wasn't overheating at the time.
And yes, it was a "proper error report with logs" and it took them days to respond and then they responded with an automated response that didn't fix anything.

Galaxy S PhonesIf your issue was overheating, letting your phone cool down *is* the standard procedure. You want to find out what is causing your overheating issues? Download Good Guardians/Battery Guardian from the Galaxy store, and see where your phone is overheating and what is causing it. It does take days for a response because, as I said, it takes time to examine the log. The only auto-response they send is the one that acknowledges that they got your report. After that the response usually addresses your issue, even if they do not have an immediate fix for it.

Galaxy S PhonesI already said my phone wasn't overheating, at the time. You could have just trusted that.

Galaxy S Phonespermission to unblock notifications is grayed out, but no permissions are denied in the app settings permission screen. The app is not listed (at ALL) under the notification settings where you can manage all apps - not under "all apps", nor the list of apps blocked.
Maybe it doesn't require that- the app settings within app show I haven't allowed storage access though, to save etc, but I did not deny anything (except installing unknown apps).I restarted my phone and still can't save files within the app.
Any ideas?

Galaxy S PhonesMe too! For many many months! Tried everything, just a bit ago today chatted with TECH,did everything they wanted me to do including going into safe mode and nothing worked?
Many System Core Apps but also regular apps?
Also, when on Google Playstore, clicked to get to Samsung System UI and it said ,no longer compatible and was dated from 2019??
Huh??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Ali
