Why on my phone it is only a 4hr call limit? What if I want to be on the phone for more than 4hr? How can I change that? I'm sorry I'm kinda new to this android. But I would still like to know please....

@fedia You should check with your carrier. This is often implemented by carriers to prevent accidental (butt) calls causing huge bills.
