Hi Folks, I have a S20FE 5G and I am getting Media picker keeps stopping. The storage is showing -1B (Like there is no storage mounted in the device) Whenever I open Galary or Camera, They keep on crashing. Although I can still see the glimpse of my photos and all of them are there). Similarly I am not able to send or receive any photo or download anything. Simply speaking all storage related functions are not working. I am not able to install any app, not able to side load anything. Has anyone ever faced any similar sort of issue?
If things come down to factory reset, is there anyway to restore the data first present in Phone(I am very sure all the data is still there).
My phone already had SD card. It is also not getting detected. In file explorer I can see 0B / 0B for internal storage. Although when I open Galary or Notes, I can see pics are there. But app crashes as soon as it gets open.
