I've recently been having trouble sending mass (multi-recipient) texts using the Samsung Messages app on my Galaxy S20 FE. Sometimes they send, sometimes they don't. It seems to be random and even on occasion single recipient messages fail to send as well. But mass texts almost always fail. I have deleted the cache and data multiple times and tried restarting the phone after clearing cache and data before sending a mass text and it still fails to send. I do not believe this is a provider network issue as my wife has the exact same model phone on the same network and is able to send all texts without issue. Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this problem or is there a 3rd party messaging app I can try to replace Samsung Messages? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated!
