Issue with downloading MB Whatsapp IOS files

I am facing an issue in downloading MB WhatsApp iOS files. Does this version of mobile not allow APK or WhatsApp moded versions?

@Evaa IOS is the  operating system for Apple devices. Those probably won't work on Android OS.
