I've tried to give feedback on many features to the staff, but they don't take it seriously and keep deflecting and avoiding my concerns. I believe this is exactly why Samsung lost its market in China. Previously, it entered the market purely by relying on Chinese government policies. Once those policies lost their effect, Samsung completely lost its competitive edge. Now, Samsung's sales strategy seems more focused on aligning with national policies rather than caring about the user experience that once defined the Samsung brand.
