How do I clear the Cache on a S20. And what are the cons of doing so.

Are you referring to the system cache partition? There are no negative repercussions from doing this. With the phone off, press and hold Power and Volume Up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using Volume keys, navigate to Wipe cache partition, and press Power to select. Confirm on the following screen, then select "Reboot system now."
