How can I turn off my priority mode

if you mean game booster,
click the button on the bottom right that looks like a game console thing and select the button below priority mode in that menu

To disable priority mode in Game booster, you would need to open the Game Booster main screen and tap the Priority Mode power icon button to enable or disable feature.
