So I've had iPhone and I've had Samsung back. And forth back and forth, and if someone could help me understand what I'm doing wrong or why the google message's voice dictation is absolutely trash because of the punctuation So I've had iPhone and I've had Samsung back. This is all done on voice dictation, look how sloppy it is.

Google reserves auto punctuation in google voice for the Pixel Line and doesn't allow OEMs access to "enhanced voice typing." It's a pain, I know.

I've just grown accustomed to speaking my punctuation on the rare occasion I use voice to text.

If you're using Samsung Keyboard for voice to text, you probably need to change the voice input. Go to settings > general management > keyboard > Samsung Keyboard > voice input. Change it to Google voice typing.

Maybe this will be yet another reason for me to add to my list of why I now wish Samsung had gone full Tizen OS and worked with developers to beef up their app store.
