Android 13 update for my S10?

I need version 13 on my phone but it says software up to date. How do I get it on my S10?

Sorry but the S10 was only able to update to Android 12 so you won’t be able to update to 13

OS	Android 9.0 (Pie), upgradable to Android 12, One UI 4.1
