I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 plus 5g. How do I adjust my video quality settings so I can record a video but not at the highest quality settings?? I am limited to a maximum of 25mg bites to send on WeChat.

Galaxy S Phones@Parago It would be better to record at the quality you want. Then use video editing to reduce the quality or frame rate of the captured video.
However if you do want to record at lower quality, use the selections at the top of the screen to change the FPS and Size to lower the size and quality of the captured video.
