Galaxy RingHi,
I have been using Samsung ring for 6 months without issue. 2 weeks ago I started noticing that the battery life had gone from 5 days to about 20 hours. I reset the ring back to factory settings, but the problem persisted. Finally I checked the forum and saw that the only way forward was to return to a service centre.
I bought the Ring through Amazon and had it shipped to Macau, but now I have been told that the Ring is not covered under global warranty. Samsung were happy to sell and ship the Ring to me outside of the US, but they now won't support the device. The Ring is a wearable, it is meant to be worn and travel with the user. Why shouldn't it be covered by global warranty.
This is obviously a defect in the rings design and I am very disappointed that Samsung isn't looking after its customers.

Galaxy Ring@Rassilon7 This isn't something new. Samsung in general does not provide global warranties on their products. It does sound like Amazon shipped the ring to you, not Samsung.
