Ring won't complete connection with the wearables app

I got the new ring and while connecting to the wearable app. Im stuck in an infinite loop, as soon as I open the app, I have to do the initial setup everytime and it gets stuck on the last screen

Any help on this will be helpful, else will have to return the ring. Its useless

@Swaraj I would reach out to Samsung support. 

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

I found out the issue, I had this option to reduce animation turned on. Turned it off, got through the loop

I'm using the pixel 10 pro xl and made the exact change to my animations in the developer options. After changing it to 1x, the loop in the wearable app was gone! I wouldn't have figured this out myself, thanks a bunch.

OMG!! Thank you so much for this. It worked right away when I turned it off. I had the same problem, and I even returned the ring and got another one and it kept getting stuck. Lol until now! Thanks again.
