Inactive time feature

Hello, I just chatted with customer support and was asked to also post here after the agent submitted a request to a developer to check on the issue I'm experiencing. My Wearables app is missing the "Inactive time" feature in the health settings. I have attached a screenshot for reference. I confirmed that the apps and my phone are up to date. My wife's app is also missing the feature.

The watch has this feature so you can tell your watch when not to display the "get up and be active" prompt. The Ring has no display. It has no way to tell you to get up and be active. That is why the Ring -> Health settings doesn't have that option.
