My Galaxy Ring is malfunctioning. It will not charge above 10% and dies immediately when I put it on from case. Case will charge just fine, and it doesn't matter if the case alone is used or if I plug the case in, either way, the ring won't charge.
I've tried resetting it, letting it sit for days outside of the charger, and it will be detected by the charger when put in case. But it still won't charge.
I depend on the ring to keep track of my heart, along with my Watch Ultra.
This ensures I have data 24 hours a day, which I need. I can't wear the watch 24 hours a day, but the ring has been a godsend for that when it works.
