Hello!

I just placed my pre-order for the Galaxy Ring (now waiting for the sizing kit), but I have a question regarding long-term support when your ring size changes. Oura supports its customers by providing free ring exchanges if/when your ring size changes over time. Will Samsung be offering anything like that - even discounted exchange or exchange for a fee? I know asking for free exchanges might be a little too much considering there is no subscription (unlike with Oura), but a discounted/fee exchange would be nice! Especially for those who are able to lose/gain weight with the help of Samsung Health 🙂

Thanks!!

Thanks for whoever moved this to the right sub forum 😅 I couldn't figure out how to move it myself and realized too late that I added a post to the wrong forum

I really hope a solution is being worked on. I personally have lost a significant amount of weight and now my galaxy ring is probably 2 sizes too big. I hope a solution can be found, maybe an insert of some sort that is esthetically sound with the original product.

I was initially informed that if my ring was found to be in good working condition, I would be eligible for an upgrade from a 12 to a 13. However, after sending the ring in for evaluation, I received the same device back without any upgrades. I was disappointed with the manner in which the management team communicated with me.

As a result, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Unfortunately, my experience with the Samsung manager, Galbreil B. from Extra Care, was unprofessional. When I requested that he review the call logs to verify the information I had been provided, he became evasive and dismissive. His attitude was unhelpful and only added to my frustration.

I am now left with a $400 piece of equipment that I am unable to use. I wish there was a more effective way to report Mr. B.'s behavior, but my attempts to contact Samsung have been met with a lack of assistance. Despite being a loyal Samsung customer, this experience has left a negative impression on me.

Thankyou so much for asking this! It's been my only hesitation on investing this much in one.  I use my Samsung watch daily and would love to add a ring to the equation but still have about 120 to lose on my journey (having already lost over 300) and know I have a few ring sizes left to go as those lbs drop off.

Thanks for asking this question...its the only thing holding me back from buying this.. I will make  this investment but not if I have to rebuy it every time my finger shrinks ...I guess I'll hold off...

I'm in this boat. My finger has shrunk after losing weight. I've settled for a cheap resizer, but a size down would sure be nicer.
