Exchange Refund!

Does anyone who has sent their ring in for warranty rerepair due to severe battery reduction know what Exchange Refund means.? Does it mean they are going to send a new ring? Does it mean I will get a refund of the list price of $400 ? Does it mean I will get a refund of the price I paid with my trade-in and sale price? Obviously they are not going to return the watch 4 I traded in.

I would really like to hear what they have done for you.

Refund timeline: 

Once Samsung receives and processes your return, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be sent to your original payment method.

It's not a return, it's a exchange or refund situation with the Exchange Refund Department. Unique situation since the rings are not repairable!

On the phone with the Exchange and Refund department now, (I dont wait to be contacted anymore) they don't have my size in Stock ( of course they don't) I am supposedly getting an ecoupon to repurchase a new ring ( I will believe that when it hits my inbox) for the full purchase price.
