Since the last update to my note 20 Ultra, voice dictation will only stay on long enough for me to have it recognize one word, then if I tap it again it will stay on and I can dictate as I normally do. Also a Bluetooth remote cursor control times out after only about 30 seconds of being idle/me not making any input, which is ridiculous.
How can I fix this? There doesn't seem to be a setting to adjust time out time. The whole reason I chose Android in the first place is for the granular control. If you're going to start trying to emulate the Apple business model and treat us like kindergarteners and take control away from us then I guess we're done.
My next phone is not going to be a Samsung if you guys are going to follow the Apple business model and start breaking our phones only 1 year after we've given you thousands of dollars for a phone.
You seem to think that the psychology of people who choose Android and the people who choose iPhone are the same and I'm here to tell you that is nowhere near the case. My wife has an iPhone and I have a hard time understanding what or how to navigate that stupid thing, to the point that it seems like a psychological difference.
Bottom line I'm not giving you thousands of dollars for a phone that annoys me and frustrates me on a regular daily basis. Please fix this.
And it's not user error, I made my own Android app called treadmill tricorder so it's fair to call me a power user. This is just Samsung breaking our phones to try and motivate us to buy a new one and there is no way that's happening with how you're currently treating us.
I will root this and install my own OS that works if need be, angry every second that I have to take to do that, when I've already paid thousands for this phone that was working just fine until a couple of weeks ago when you started updating it and then when you sent out a second update to fix the first one, so how about just roll this back until you figure out what you are doing
