Galaxy Note Phones
Hi, I'm not too techy so please be patient as I may not be explaining or using the correct terminology. I have a Note 20 Ultra which I bought when I was a customer with AT&T. It's unlocked. I changed providers a few times to test drive. My 1st provider after AT&T was Cricket. After a few months I tried T-mobile. 2 weeks later, I went back to Cricket. And ive been with them over 2 months. My issue is the annoying bright pink screen and their jingle on the start-up page. It's a Cricket Sim card. I'm not a T-mobile customer anymore and would like it removed. I asked a Cricket employee last week and was told that T-mobile may have installed their software. If that's true how do I uninstall it? Thanks in advance for any help
