ive installed apps to keep screen on and even put smart lock on so if im in a trusted space my phone shouldn't lock out but it still does, nothing works
I don't think there is anything that can be done to prevent it from locking after the maximum allowed time period (other than actively using the phone, or playing content). It's a security feature and something they don't want users disabling.
